Took my car for here for a full de-chrome, window tints and painted alloys, Lasker and Mo done an incredible job. Quickly booked me in and even put the car on temp wheels for me after while they still had to paint the rims, whole thing was done in 3 days and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Fully recommend these guys, I’ll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves.

Good place for window tinting in Essex, they also did my chameleon tints and caliper painting on the same day, made a huge difference. Very good prices, haven't done it yet but will go to them when I need my alloy wheels refurbished as well. Thanks guys!

FAQ

After the film is applied, it takes time for the mounting solution to evaporate. Generally, it takes 3 to 5 days for the tint to dry enough to roll your windows down, and about 2 to 3 weeks to fully cure. During this time, you might see small water bubbles or a hazy appearance—don’t worry, this is normal and will disappear as it dries.

No. You should wait at least 3 to 4 days before putting your windows down. If you put them down too early, the friction can cause the film to peel or lift because the adhesive hasn’t fully bonded to the glass yet.

No. Bubbling and turning purple are signs of low-quality “dyed” films or poor installation. Modern tint films are designed to resist UV rays and heat, meaning they won’t fade to purple or delaminate. Choosing a high-quality film and a professional installer usually comes with a lifetime warranty against these issues.

Yes. Window tinting is legal for vehicles in the UK. There is developed regulaiton and legal statute around the darkness of the window tint, known as the VLT (visible light transmission). So this is completely recognised by the UK law and the Road Traffic Act.

Yes it is completely legal to tint front windows of a car in the UK. However, the ‘darkness’ limit is quite restrictive and per the UK Road Traffic Act, currently stands at 30% dark and 70% light, i.e. 70% VLT. There are no given limits on the rear windows.

This can vary depending on the car and the windows needed to tint. So if you are tinting just the front driver and passenger windows, it usually takes 30-45 minutes. For rear windows only, it takes 1-2 hours. And for a full car can take 2-3 hours.
